You must present your organization’s ORIGINAL Legalized Games of Chance registration certificate when applying for your raffle license.. If your organization does not have a registration, click here. If you are not sure if your organization is registered, please click here.
You will need two checks, one check Payable to the Borough of Totowa and another payable to Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission. To determine the fee for your event/raffle, please click here.
- The Borough of Totowa requires four copies of the application each with ORIGINAL SIGNATURES and each copy must be notarized.
- If you are applying for an Off-Premise 50/50, a sample ticket must be submitted with your application.
