PERMITS

Permits are needed for most improvements to your property, if you are unsure please do not hesitate to call the Building Department to inquire if a permit is needed. Permits are required for any Tree Removal, Driveways, Sidewalks & Fence replacements.

If you would like to apply for Construction Permit Self Service, the following link is provided for property owners and/or contractors for their convenience:  https://broker.edmundsassoc.com/CPSS/?municipalId=1612NJ.   Property owners will have the ability to view all permits referenced on their property including the history.  Contractors will have the ability to view all permits in which they are referenced as the contractor on the Customer ID field of the permit. 

 

The property owner and/or contractor can request their Username and ID through this link.   The Building Department will provide you with your Username and ID and then you will be directed to change your password.

INSPECTIONS

If you would like to schedule an inspection, please call the Building Department at least ONE day in advance to schedule an inspection.

PLANNING BOARD/ BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

All paperwork MUST be submitted to Building Department 15 days prior to meeting date to be put onto agenda. Agenda is set first come first serve. Meetings are held in the Municipal Chambers. Forms you may need:  Minor Site Application
